What we collect and why

We collect the contact details, professional role, city, active ownership, leadership experience, self-reported business-revenue range, what you would contribute, interests, availability, payment preference and answers you submit. We use them to assess fit, arrange a conversation and manage your enquiry. Submission does not verify qualification or guarantee membership. We do not request financial documents or banking information through this form.

Consent and contact

Your required consent permits handling and follow-up about your enquiry. The separate unchecked marketing box is optional. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@braydonross.com. Joining does not authorise photography, public use of your name or sharing your contact details with members.

Storage and access

Submitted answers are stored in the Site’s hosted database. The owner review is restricted server-side to the authorised operator account. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure; service providers may process information outside Canada. Access remains subject to their service terms and applicable law. No assurance of absolute secrecy is made.

Retention

The proposed review policy is to remove unsuccessful or withdrawn enquiry information within 90 days after closure, unless you separately opt into continued contact or a legal obligation requires retention. Deletion is performed manually by the operator. Membership, financial and dispute records have separate applicable retention needs. Contact us to request access or correction; deletion requests are assessed against legal obligations.

Your draft and confirmation

Unsubmitted application answers are kept in session storage in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Clear draft removes them. Required consent and optional marketing boxes are not saved as draft consent. A submitted confirmation is also kept in this tab for up to 24 hours and can be saved to your device. Closing the tab normally clears session storage, although browser restoration may restore a session. Use a private device and clear your browser storage on a shared device.

The entrance and qualification check

The club presentation is open to explore without questions, contact details or qualification. The door opens automatically, with a direct entry option. Session storage remembers the animation has played in this browser session, so returning visitors go straight inside. Clearing session storage resets this preference.

The introduction booking check requests your name, email, chosen route and confirmations, with explicit consent to save the responses in our hosted database for personal review and enquiry follow-up. It is separate from a completed membership application or verified accreditation. No financial documents are requested and marketing is not subscribed automatically. Saved screening status expires after seven days and is not required to view the presentation.

Entrance screening responses submitted before the entrance was simplified remain subject to the stated privacy and retention process. The operator reviews unsuccessful or expired checks for removal within 90 days after expiry or closure, unless separate consent or a legal obligation supports further retention. Contact us to request access, correction or withdrawal. Final membership requires a personal assessment.

Site operation

We have added no advertising analytics. Google Fonts may receive a network request for typography, and hosting providers may keep operational security logs. Stock photography and generated brand visuals illustrate the intended experience. They do not represent existing members, delivered events or contracted destinations.

The planned mailed welcome

After acceptance, we will request the delivery name and mailing address needed to send the planned welcome letter and member merchandise. Do not put delivery addresses in the public enquiry form. Delivery arrangements, relevant shipping providers and retention details will be disclosed when this collection is set up; no mailing-address collection or fulfilment service has been activated through this site.

Booking an introduction

The introduction fit check saves your name, email, chosen qualification route and confirmations in the same restricted qualification database, with your express consent, before the calendar unlocks. These records are separate from full applications. Continuing then loads Calendly, a separate scheduling provider. Calendly receives booking details you enter under its privacy notice; Google Meet provides the call location. Information may be processed outside Canada. Booking a call does not authorise marketing or confirm membership.

Launch status

The founding programme is collecting applications for personal review. Final programme details, exact prices and contractual disclosures must be completed before membership sales. No payment is collected on this site.
